Website, DMs & Phone
One agent behind your website chat, your Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp messages, and your phone line. The chat is live; the call is a scripted example, or have her place one demo call to you.
A demo for clinic staff. Please don't type patient information.

Talk to a person
hello@healdesk.ioWhat does AYA actually do?
She answers your phone, website chat, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, day or night. She answers treatment and pricing questions from your own menu, works out whether someone is ready for a consult, and books them straight into your calendar during the conversation. The calls that used to ring out get answered instead. She only ever answers: she never calls, texts or messages a patient first.
Where does she book?
Into your Google Calendar, live, while the patient is still in the conversation. Link your booking system to that calendar: Calendly and Cal.com (and Google Calendar on its own) then stop offering the slot. Mindbody only syncs one way, so for Mindbody, and for Boulevard until Boulevard confirms otherwise, your staff confirm each booking in your own system, and we tell you which applies before you buy. Deposits: in website chat, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp she sends your own checkout link while the patient is still there; on the phone she books and flags the deposit for your desk to collect.
What do we have to log into?
A small portal, used when you want it. You sign in from an emailed link, with no password needed. Switches, not settings, change how she behaves. Every conversation and every booking she made is there, and opening a transcript asks for a second factor. Your owner, manager and billing contact each get their own access. Everything else is done for you.
How long until she's live?
About fifteen minutes of your time, then each channel goes live on its own. Website chat, once the one-line snippet is on your site. Instagram and Messenger, as soon as you connect them. WhatsApp, once your WhatsApp account has a payment method on it: Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages, including replies from 1 October 2026, and we do not resell them. Your phone, once call forwarding is set on your line, usually the same day.
Do we have to give her every call?
No. You choose: all calls, overflow and after hours, or after hours only. Your published number never changes; your line forwards the calls you pick to her. If you have a full-time receptionist, start on after hours only and widen it once you trust her.
Will she give medical advice?
Never, and that is the design rather than a limitation. Anything clinical (safety, side effects, recovery, whether someone is a candidate) gets no answer from her: she books a consultation with your provider instead. A report of a complication or an urgent symptom never reaches the AI: it gets a fixed response and an immediate alert to your on-call contact. She takes only what a receptionist would write on a callback slip.
How do you handle patient data?
We sign a business associate agreement with every clinic and handle patient data under it. It is encrypted at rest, and in transit wherever we control both ends, and never used to train models. The only system we write to is the Google Calendar you connect. Our AI model provider keeps conversation inputs for 30 days, and up to two years for anything its safety systems flag or the law requires it to keep; everything else is deleted on your instruction. Meta signs no BAA, so she keeps Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp conversations non-clinical. No third party has audited us, those are our own commitments, and we will walk you through the architecture behind any of them.
How would we know it's working?
Your portal's Home screen and a weekly email show conversations handled, appointments booked, calls answered that would otherwise have rung out, and deposits collected, plus the booked value of those appointments at your own prices. Nothing about a patient is ever sent to an advertising platform.
Can we hear her before we commit?
Yes. Talk to her in the chat panel above, play the example call, or put your number into the phone panel and she'll call you once, because you asked. Talk to her the way a patient would. That one demo call is the only call she ever places: for your clinic she answers, and never dials out.
